  • Condition: We accept refunds only if the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags. Handcrafted items are unique, so please inspect your purchase carefully upon receipt.
  • Time Frame: You can request a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, we cannot offer a refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number) when requesting a refund.

B. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Items made to your specifications or personalized cannot be refunded.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
  • Used or Damaged Items: Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

 

C. How to Request a Refund

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Return Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

  5. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
